Through Blue Cube Creative for Market Force, I helped design mystery shopping communication material across a range of clients. The end result made for a more pleasant customer experience through good engaging design.
Working with brands
When designing for large brands such as Next or Paperchase, processes were in place with specific style guidelines to follow. Quick concepts were designed, strong taglines were invented, and assets provided by the client were utilised for speedy production.
Customers will be enticed by specifically designed marketing in-store to enter an online survey through their mobile, tablet or computer.
As well as marketing on the shop floor, staff were given performance boosting handbooks, magazines, posters, etc, with tips on how to improve their customer experience skills.
